I haven't been in the mood to workout for the longest time right now. When I say the longest time I mean since the end of April. Finals always gets to me and honestly, sometimes I just don't have time...then I just never get back into the groove of things. Well lately I have been feeling very depressed and just very off. On top of that, I have had an anxiety attack a day for the past two days. Yesterday I finally just got over myself and did a 20-30 minute workout. Even though it was such a short workout, I felt wonderful afterwards. I just have to remember that feeling.
Well, apparently it worked because my buns and thighs are killing me today!!! No all I need is buns of steel...I'm working on that one today ;)
On the Menu:
Breakfast: Bagel and cream cheese-490 calories
Snack: Chips-160
Lunch: Salad (strawberries and blueberries with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil)- 269 calories
